What the hell is this inspirational crap being tossed at him? This little punk's watched too much shounen for his own good, and it's pissing Smasher off. The autocannon flares to life, missing Bakugou by inches as he propels himself upwards, and Smasher attempts to follow the trail, but Bakugou's propelling himself with explosions; movements erratic, difficult to predict, almost impossible to get a target lock with his one good eye...a fact Bakugou takes advantage of, disappearing into Smasher's blind spot. He's about to engage the Sandevistan again, move himself out of the way, but Bakugou is faster. Another shot aims at one of the cyborgs kneed, which are armoured enough for this sort of thing. More metal cracks off, but damage is minimal, but it still forces Smasher to take a step or two back. The hail of bullets continue to trace Bakugou's path dozens of empty cases litter the rooftop.

"I don't HAVE limits, brat!" Smasher roars over the barrage and explosions. "Not since I discarded my useless flesh. You got any idea how long I've been killing? Entire battlefields of jumped up punks like you, who think being scrappy makes you special! I tore them all to pieces with my bare hands and I'll take special joy in crushing your skull between my hands and letting your brain squeeze between my fingers. That body of yours is already breaking down, but I keep getting stronger!"

To accentuate his point, Smasher targets the area around Bakugou rather than trying to lock into the Hero himself, and proceeds to launch four of his missiles into the air. See the brat keep dancing around those and keep out of the way of his autocannon.
