He hesitates initially over completely disrobing in front of Azem. It's not that he's embarrassed over being nude, but the scar left on his front (visible even now, to be fair) will be completely revealed.

Eventually he sighs and settles in, telling himself that it's a question he is going to have to answer eventually. He sits partially hunched over in the bath anyway.
