The Great Woofaloomp Round-up Commences
OOC Notes: What are these technicolor Furby things? One might say they are Soraya's comfort animals/anxiety-reduction companions. It doesn't do to have cosmic entities who are swole with Bios and very powerful but also very mentally distracted and anxious, possibly in part due to said Bios. The Woofaloomps are living Bios baubles who siphon off their mistress's/keeper's extra energy and promote general tranquility.
Catching them can have various effects:
🫧 induce feelings of tranquility
✨ magic buff/enhancement
🌀 PC makes up w/ev: they can be as variable as the Hexberries
At present: They are literally just straight up running all over the apartment complex grounds. They are fast and can "glitch" between spaces, which can make them more challenging to catch. And they can also imitate sounds/voices to throw people off track. And they will mess with Otherworlders for Shenanigans, to be assured.
Extra: Note that for additional shenanigans, one can combine this with the berry muffin quest.
The wish element is an optional aspect of this log. PCs do not have to make a wish to participate, but those who received gifts are expected to be GO-GETTERS, so be ready to pack... the Bentley and the wheelbarrow, get them ready to roll and drive these babies home --

If people want to come up with attributes for them or different sub-genres, mod gives you the blessing to go wild. A touch quieter, nearer a whisper (ya happy now?):
"I do not suppose you have any medicine geared towards that purpose, or the berries, on your person...?"
Because if not, they would need to procure them. Gilgamesh is thinking more like a tranquilizer rather than a spell, but were Emet to mention it, as a Caster, Gilgamesh might have something along those lines, too, or at least be able to help Emet with the magic if he needs it, but lbr Gilgamesh is not even accustomed to this particular magic-based class he is currently occupying. He is, after all, usually an Archer, and thus with no magic primacy or focus.

"I do have some. I can lay a spell on the berries that will take effect once they're eaten."
He had immediately stopped eating them once their...colourful side effects had taken hold. It's a little awkward to put them back now so if they can be put to use...

Gilgamesh is actually somewhat surprised the other man still has them. He too became acquainted with the... effects of the berry madness, though he managed to escape the worst of it. He remembers how Lucy looked when shedding glitter everywhere, though.
"I can lend Bios, should you need any for a spell. Or magic. Though I am learning the technology of this world, I had a magic affinity within my own."
So he's as mixed of a class as one can be in this city, when one considers his native powers and those he's acquiring. But again, he is not at all an expert Caster. A mess of a class, really.
As they are speaking, one of the Woofaloomps, having scented the berries, perks up and begins to approach, all but bouncing and bounding over. It would seem they are very food-motivated and that the berries are a strong draw, colorful and sweet-smelling, and the creatures perhaps have strong senses. At last, these two have indeed found a smart path towards solving this problem!

Crouching, he now offers the hexberries to the approaching Woofalump. That's it, come a little closer...
