anyway... Gilgamesh decides to give it a go. he moves his hand, mentally calling to his native abilities as a Caster -- and while he can sense that they are greatly reduced in this world, he is at least able to procure what he needs: the spellcasting tablet which accompanies his axe.
in this world, considering the path he has chosen, perhaps he will need to outfit it, like his gauntlet, with technology and shift its aim/abilities somewhat -- but for now, the main point is ... ]
