Short answer: no, not like Murderbot is probably thinking, at least.

Longer answer (and yes, Rosalind will give these details)/clarification: the tech and/or general activities that Otherworlders are engaging in in Magisteria, and their implants/tech, are indeed creating a digital footprint, but it's the same sort of digital footprint that exists in any world; i.e. you're more likely to net attention from ads that are trying to target you personally via said digital footprint than from actual authorities.

Privacy laws still exist, and when it comes to high level figures/groups like the CTA or the Government, they only care about information that pertains to people who are breaking the law, and in a pretty significant way (ex: trying to overthrow said Government), so unless Murderbot is literally trying to run a coup, no one is going to be bothering prying into whatever it has going on inside.

[Rosalind's verbiage would be a bit more blunt and involve her basically saying ain't nobody gonna care that much about all these goings on here.]

[Also, fwiw, if Rosalind knew Murderbot was trying to mask, her literal words would be "BOT UP, NEOPHYTE!" But hey, we are talking about a woman who openly flaunts her cybernetic swagger.]
