You should be able to remember this name, Rhea'li! Not only is he an ancient hero whom you even proclaimed praises for (whether seriously or with a sardonic touch), but isn't there someone with Gilgamesh's name floating around your world, too?
Though this one is (probably) shinier and louder.
There's a look of recognition on Gilgamesh's face as they appraise one another, as well.

-- which Gilgamesh would have gladly have done, had he ever gotten around to replying. Though now that they are interacting, well, perhaps he might even do so in person!
Of course he does not hear or know of Rhea'li's thoughts as to his vision, but with how advanced the technology in this world is, who knows? Technology or magic, it certainly seems like there might be the ability to do nearly anything within this world, so Rhea'li might as well investigate such possibilities.
