Not the Authority to speak upon, alas. Except to say it can make/unmake universes and is something like the Root, as it were.
Also, interacting with the Eternia? How so? Calling the souls forth to interact in some way? Wow, now that's a thought. Such a magic might be rather dangerous. One might've noticed the Lake of Souls came with a few warnings attached. But if anyone could pull off such a risky move, it just might be a Final Fantasy [character].
