Katsuki clicks his tongue in annoyance - ugh, a goddamn magic user. He still doesn't really get how that shit works, but understands the fundamentals enough to equate it to something he can make sense of in his head. He's encountered enough people with quirks that cause a barrier effect, but those were amateurs...or students like himself. Shattering those with even his raw, brute strength was easy, but someone who clearly knows what he's doing? It's going to take more firepower.
